Open tracking

Amplemarket tracks email opens by including a tiny, invisible 1x1 pixel image in each sent email, which loads when the recipient opens the email.

Note: When the open tracking is disabled, the email open rate is not tracked or displayed in Amplemarket.

Custom domains

To improve email deliverability, set up a custom tracker using your own domain:

1. Login to your domain registrar/DNS provider and go to the DNS management section.
2. Create a CNAME record with a subdomain (e.g. trk.yourdomain.com) pointing to t.amplmkt.com.
3. Add the subdomain you created to the custom tracker domain column on this page and use the Test Domain action to validate.
4. Save your changes.
